This pointillist picture took over 50 hours. It was a work of passion as I watched the angel I imagined emerging from the paper, each dot coaxing him out. There are many layers with different sized nibs. I enjoy imagining and drawing angels. I have tried to create the illusion that the angel is bathed in light from above as he lays, perhaps resting or dreaming.
